Trianon Properties, a European-owned real estate company, has owned and managed multi-dwelling apartment buildings in the Montreal area since 1973. Currently, we have three residential, apartment buildings, primarily located in the greater Montreal area in Côte St-Luc, Downtown and Westmount. All three buildings are distinct and unique and are close to all amenities (i.e. shopping, restaurants, public transport, hospitals, CLSC clinics and parks). Our primary goal has always been to provide beautifully renovated apartments in a gracious, refined, peaceful and secure living environment. The properties are maintained in an impeccable manner and the exterior of each building has landscaped gardens.
Each building is staffed with dedicated and motivated individuals who pay careful attention to the maintenance and upkeep of the apartments and the common areas of the buildings. Our efficient, courteous and professional team of employees are committed to the care and comfort of our residents by ensuring that the interior and exterior of the properties are always clean and well maintained. With the full cooperation and active participation of our tenants, our personnel seeks to preserve an atmosphere which is secure and peaceful at all times. Cleanliness, efficiency, courtesy and professionalism is our motto! The properties are upgraded on a continual basis (roofs, elevators, pool, saunas etc.). Our buildings are equipped with code-regulated fire alarm systems which are centrally monitored and inspected annually.
Trianon is also committed to increasing energy efficiency in our buildings, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and to creating “greener” buildings. Here is a list of our achievements to date:
- Recipient of “Energy Innovations Initiative Award” from the office of Natural Resources Canada – Energy Efficiency (2003)
- Using only “eco-friendly” and chemical-free, building materials and cleaning products in our buildings (since 2005)
- Using only water-based and odour-less paint and floor varnish in our buildings (since 2005)
- Continuous program of removal of fluorescent (neon) light tubes in our buildings (since 2005)
